DMARC Autopilot

Privacy policy

Draft — pending review. This policy describes how this version of the service handles data. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change.

Last updated: . This page is not legal advice.

What this service does

DMARC Autopilot checks a domain's public email settings (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) and explains what to fix. You can run the check for free. You can also buy a $49 fix-pack with exact records and steps for your domain.

Data we collect

We do not create accounts. We do not set cookies for tracking.

DNS lookups are public

A check reads public DNS records: MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Anyone can look these up. We do not store check results. A domain is only stored when you sign up with it or place an order for it.

Payments

Stripe handles card payments. You type your card details on Stripe's page, not ours, so we never see your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the data you give Stripe. This version runs in Stripe test mode only, so no real payments are taken.

Email

We use your order email to deliver your fix-pack. We only send newsletter or waitlist emails if you signed up for them. We do not use a third-party email sender yet; this version writes delivery emails to a local file instead of sending them.

No tracking or analytics

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. We do not sell or share your email address.

Where data lives

We keep data in local JSON files on the server that runs this app. We do not use a database or third-party storage.

How long we keep data

Your rights and deletion requests

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@truesignaldigital.com from the address you used. We will delete your signups, orders and fix-packs within 30 days. (Proposed figure, pending review.)

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our data handling changes and change the "Last updated" date above.
